Four coaching sessions
Perfect if you’ve got a few areas to explore or want to go deeper on a particular issue.
These sessions will allow you to make more sustained change. You’ll have time to try new approaches between sessions then reflect, refine your thinking and build momentum towards new ways of working.
These sessions are scheduled flexibly to fit around your calendar.

If you’re navigating change, working through a complex challenge or demanding work period, needing to shift long-held behaviours or more, I’ll support you with my library of coaching tools and experience.
Over six months we’ll shape your coaching journey around your goals.
360-degree feedback tools
Fantastic if you want powerful insights into your behaviours and opportunities.
Across two sessions (3 hours total) using either The Leadership Circle, Human Synergistics LSI or the Hogan 360, we’ll cover how the tools works, your feedback results, your barriers to change, and resources to support your reflection.
You’ll walk away with your feedback report and a personalised development plan.
