About me
I’m an executive and career coach, a leadership trainer, and a trusted HR consultant who helps organisations build healthy, high-performing workplaces
With over 30 years in the corporate world, I bring firsthand experience in leading high-performing teams and shaping award-winning places to work across my diverse and dynamic career.
I began my journey as an accountant, spending 17 years in finance roles before following my passion into HR. As People & Culture Director at Lion NZ, and leading some of their businesses, I helped cultivate a culture ranked in the top decile globally and won multiple awards.
I have also held senior leadership roles at Stuff as People & Culture Director, at Mercury as HR Consultant, and at Fonterra where I supported global diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Chartered Accountant, and a Workplace Inclusion Accredited Professional. I’ve coached, trained and mentored hundreds of leaders and helped many teams to thrive across a range of industries.
In 2022, I founded my business with a clear purpose: to help leaders flourish in their work and careers, and build workplaces where everyone can thrive and deliver results
My story
I understand just how demanding leadership can be. Throughout my career, I was often placed in high-pressure roles that left me overwhelmed and exhausted – until I developed the leadership skills that helped me and my teams truly thrive.
I’ve navigated two major career shifts – from accounting to human resources, and later into business leadership – facing many challenges along the way. Through it all, I stayed true to my purpose, which has led me to the joy of doing work I’m deeply passionate about.
I’ve been privileged to work in organisations where I felt valued and supported – and have experienced others where I didn’t. The great workplaces shaped my life and created some of my best memories, and the contrast taught me just how much culture matters.
Those experiences fuel my commitment to help leaders reach their potential, and to create environments where people feel empowered and inspired to do their best work.
