I understand how demanding leadership can be! Having led teams across HR, commercial and finance including at the executive level, I know what it’s like to be under pressure and even feel overwhelmed. But once I developed the leadership skills that helped both me and my teams thrive, everything changed.
I believe today’s leaders must develop and continually refine their skills to lead with impact. With over 20 years of experience leading teams and coaching senior leaders, I’m here to support your growth and help you truly enjoy your leadership journey.
My leadership coaching programmes
One coaching session
Great if you’re after focused support or a new perspective.
Whether you need clarity on a challenge, help with a specific skill, a fresh way of looking at things, or simply a space to talk something through, this session is designed to meet you where you are.
We’ll spend 90 minutes together at a time that suits you.
Three coaching sessions
Perfect if you’ve got a few areas to explore or want to go deeper on a particular issue.
These sessions will allow you to make more sustained change. You’ll have time to try new approaches between sessions then reflect, refine your thinking and build momentum towards new ways of working.
These sessions are scheduled flexibly to fit around your calendar.

If you’re navigating change, working through a complex challenge or demanding work period, needing to shift long-held behaviours or more, I’ll support you with my library of coaching tools and experience.
Over six months we’ll shape your coaching journey around your goals.

Perfect for those in their first 10 years of leadership or who are leading their own team, this programme addresses the key challenges new leaders often face.
Over four 90-minute sessions (6 hours total) we’ll explore:

Managing your and your team’s time effectively
Strengthening your decision-making skills
Building resilience and confidence to thrive
Identifying and leveraging your strengths
You’ll leave with practical tools and strategies to build high-performing and engaged teams.
Coaching programme for experienced leaders
Designed for those with 10+ years of leadership experience or who are leading multiple teams or departments, this programme helps you expand your influence.
Over six 90-minute sessions (9 hours total) we’ll cover:
Clarifying your personal purpose and values
Fostering team belonging and diversity
Preventing burnout and supporting wellbeing
Influencing a wide range of stakeholders
Leading with agility through change
You’ll gain mindset shifts and practical tips to lead with authenticity and greater impact.
360-degree feedback tools
Fantastic if you want powerful insights into your behaviours, strengths and development opportunities. I’m accredited in The Leadership Circle and the Human Synergistics LSI tools.
Across two sessions (3 hours total) using one tool we’ll cover:
An introduction to the tool and how it works
A deep exploration of your feedback results
Reflection on your barriers to change
Resources to support your reflection
Drafting a practical action plan for change
You’ll walk away with your feedback report and a personalised development plan.
